And now the question is how do you know you're in the Middle East? Or should I say in Bahrain?
1- When you think driving for 10 minutes to do something is to far.
2- When the people speak Arabic with Arabs and English with everyone else.
3- - You find it strange that there are countries that do not have cafeterias and grocery stores that you can blow you horn at to call the guy to come and take your order.
4- Roundabout NO PROBLEM.
5- You try to open a My Space friend request in your e-mail and you get the following message: "We apologize the site you are attempting to visit has been blocked due to its content being inconsistent with the religious, cultural, political and moral values of the United Arab Emirates. If you think this site should not be blocked, please visit the Feedback Form available on our website."
6- You see a bright pink dump truck driven by a large tatooed man.
7- Driving is a contact sport.
8- You know understand the meaning of HOT. You think once your hot, your hot. But the truth is it can get hotter.
9- Traffic is stopped by the herd of sheep walking down the middle of the road.
10- You run arrends all day and never actually talk with an Arab, cause all the people who do the work are from other countries.
